Carlos has always been the consummate professional each and every time I’ve dealt with him. He really seems to care about my concerns! I also want to thank Brian Boyda. He also helped me resolve a warranty issue with concern and professionalism to make sure my needs were met. I live in Chino Hills, not far from Chino Hills Ford.
