My first time bringing my Raptor to Villa Ford in Tustin . Carlos Ibarra met me outside my vehicle and we discussed the issue and kept in contact with updates. I’m happy with my overall experience and setup to bring my other Ford vehicle for service and discussed with Carlos to set both of my vehicles to Villa Ford Thank you Carlos

Carlos went above board to help a woman with little patience figure out how to put my dashboard back to normal after the service department did the resets. I suggest the service techs put the settings back to where they were before they started working on the vehicles.

Customer service has come a long way. I stopped using Ford of Orange/ Villa Ford for a few years due to poor service. But the last few visits have been a big difference. Whatever changes were made are definitely noticed. I do not dread getting service anymore. Thanks!

From the moment I pulled into the Service area I was greeted by David and he explained it might be a moment but assured me an adviser would be right with me. It was nice having someone acknowledge me and explain the process right off the bat to avoid any confusion. Glen came over shortly and greeted me with a smile and addressed all of my needs. I came in for a recall and after getting a quote I ended up getting my 100,000 mile service as well. Glen later called me and sent photos of rodent damage I was unaware of. Everything was able to be fixed and I received a text and a calll from Glen letting me know I could come pick up my vehicle. I really appreciated that Glen listened to my needs and kept a clear line of communication open during the process. I look forward to working with him again.
