They left the 12 volt enghine and accessory battery that they replaced in the back of the C-max as I requested. The C-maxc does not have a spare as you know and the air compressor that came with the car had a can of tire sealent that I used long ago so I had in the back in the net by the rear hatch a bottle of Green Slime tire sealent. I went to the Arco on Tustin and E. Heim Ave. My "Rear Hatch open warning indicator was on. When I looked the hatch was not closed because it had bounced on the bottle of Green Slime was split open and dried all the way through.The cargo net on the drivers side of thee cargo area was not secured as I had left it. Please replace the 24 oz bottle of Green Slime Tire Sealent from Harbor Freight on sale at 12.99 + tax, thank you. Roger V

This just proves how your service is because we put on car in @7:00am today 7/31 and was told twice during the day they hadn’t even ck on it and it was 8 hr. Later And said you would have to keep it another day. What was the point of having appointment's??? we would pick it up Joel just handed the keys and said nothing. My point! your asking how our service was ???????????????????? and it will go higher up too ! And we will be looking for a new dealership!

Carlos was this informative and straight gut forward. Had my car back in the time frame as discussed. Bonus had my car delivered as I didn’t have a ride. I have not always had a positive experience at villa ford over span of 30 years, but this time all boxes checked for satisfaction

The vehicle required an engine change! Joel JOEL explained why and the procedure and cost. He arranged a rental car. He kept me informed on the progress of the delivery and install. He was waiting for me at the scheduled time for delivery and speeded me thru pay TOP OF THE LINE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Henry R
