Service advisor Sheldon Cope has been fantastic on several occasions. He kept me updated on my service and the paperwork was quick. On a previous repair last year, Sheldon assisted with a rental car and kept me well updated on the repair status. There are several Ford dealers closer to me but the service I have received Villa Ford keeps me coming back. Thank you.

1.the staff are rushing. 2.The staff are "very cold" 3.despite the report that wipers are streaking- it was not changed, only cleaned. pointless to have purchased the premium ford service package 4. the ladies setting up the lyft and giving out the paperworks lack customer service skills 5.no. complimentary carwash 6. delivery of the car after the service was unavailable - for reason that it was only until 330pm. 7. Villa Ford of Orange has very poor service - i never experience this kind of customer service from other service departmart of other car makers
