The process was rough at the beginning but Sheldon ended up making it right and helping me throughout everything.

Everything was good. Communication was good. Richard was nice. It was just disappointing to pay for a repair of this nature on a car that’s only 3 years old.
The Villa Ford team customer service was above and beyond this time.y truck had an electric park brake malfunction show up 2 days before I was leaving on vacation which I needed my truck for. The family had been looking forward to this vacation for a long time so the truck issue was a big concern that it would impact our vacation. Glen understood and really helped to make sure my truck got the priority it needed to be serviced and get the parts quickly. He stayed in constant contact and didn’t seem annoyed at all with the timeline or phone calls I was making. He worked well with the third party warranty service and handled all issues without any stress on my side. The technician , Jeremy, worked quickly and efficiently. He assured me he can get the job done and get us back on the road. All that being said we got the truck back in time to make our vacation and not miss a beat. I truly would like to thank glen and the whole villa ford team.

My brake job took 3 days to complete.i had two very busy days without a cat. Joel did all he could to provide good service. He discounted some of the work for me. I know that Villa Ford service over the last 20 years has earned my trust and this was just a bad occurance.
I had excellent experience work with Carlos, very knowledgeable and helpful
He has no customer service and told me my vehicle would be ready in 1.5 hours and came back and it was already 1 hour 52 minutes and all he kept telling me was in 10 min and 10 min passed and still not ready. Until I asked Carlos Ibarra and he helped and told me my truck was ready. Next I will book with Carlos. Love how Carlos has good customer service.
