Once again Carlos has made the dreaded maintenance a pain free easy process. He was able to squeeze me in for an oil change and had my car delivered back to me in about 3 hours. I cannot state how much of a relief it is knowing that Carlos will be on the other end of the line when I call.

Janie was very helpful in suggesting the best and quickest timeline to get my vehicle inspected and repaired. Janie also, in my presence, communicated with the mechanic (for repair interpretation), cashier and ride arranger (for transportation home while the vehicle was being repaired, and, guided my way to find the driver to assist me. Jamie even introduced me to a Sales Person, to inquire about a vehicle in the showroom.
