It took over 6 weeks for me to find out what was going on with my vehicle. I was never updated and I had to reach out for an update on a diagnosis at 6 weeks. When my vehicle was returned to me, the front license plate was missing. I now have to file a stolen license plate report, unless located and returned

I got a lot of run around on this from Mazda of Orange where I bought this truck 2 months earlier, and even the day I brought it in was a bunch of drama from Mazda. Domingo was the first person I spoke to in 4 hours that day that made me feel like my truck was going to be taken care of. After that first day he was always communicating closely with me every step of the way. He was a very big help in a rough situation as it was progressing. Domingo is a great asset for your company. Jane Neuenswander is the reason I come to Villa Ford for service... I live closer to another Ford dealership in Yorba Linda, but I always come to Villa Ford, for service, and buying vehicles because of the service Jane Neuenswander provides... she is an all star that makes me loyal to this dealership.
