Just a suggestion... If the driver's seat needs to be adjusted, it would be nice touch to reposition the seat back to the original settings. I don't mind that the seat had to be moved up and reclined, but please try to reset instead of forcing me to feel like an intruder getting in my own car. Thank you

Domingo was great and got the work done in a timely manner. The car was supposed to be delivered to me on Saturday and was not. I had to call Monday morning to get the car delivered. It was supposed to be washed and it did not get washed. My other issue is with the maintenance package that I purchased. No one told me about a deductible that would occur after three years. I’m sure it was in the fine print, but the salesman needs to disclose that when selling it. As well as other maintenance issues, including alignment. Recommend recommended as a maintenance item, but not covered. I will never purchase the maintenance package again.

I’ve had the same guy come out the last few times to do my mobile oil change. Him and his partner have always done an excellent job. They’re amazing at communication and just letting me know everything that they’ve done and what they found. I appreciate the service so much. I will give these guys both of them a five star rating.
Price was higher than surrounding Ford dealerships it is unfortunate that you don't match or beat others prices. Everything else was great including Domingo aka Mingo

Richard was working on a Saturday Skeleton crew. I came to service my 2016 F250. Richard was incredibly professional and friendly and it felt genuine. Richard’s ability to manage the rush of customers, while still providing elite level customer service on intake was impressive. My service was performed very quickly and Richard was just as wonderful at vehicle pick up. Richard deserves some kudos for his excellence!
