David was great. I’m only disappointed that I didn’t know what type of test drive would be done before I picked up the car. The car needs a new transmission. Not Ford’s fault that I can’t afford one. As someone who doesn’t know a lot about cars, I was looking for shelter for my homeless son. I thought this would work but it can’t even be driving around the corner safely. I was told it was drivable but maybe they should have added it hasn’t been street tested and it might not be safe for open road. On the way home, the car wouldn’t move in a left turn lane with on coming traffic. I was quite freaked out, and then it pushed through. I’m 12 miles from you. Thank you for trying to help. I am appreciative.

I was disappointed with my recent service experience at Villa Ford. My vehicle was returned without being washed, and it appears that a multi-point inspection was either not completed or not performed thoroughly, as the windshield washer fluid warning light turned upon receiving vehicle. I expected these items to be addressed during the visit. I would appreciate more attention to detail and better communication in the future.
They didn’t fix the carpet as requested and car wasn’t washed.
Rick did an outstanding job fixing my vehicle and explaining things fully.
