I took in my car for 2 recalls and now the doors don’t lock and the car is shaking. No one inspected the service before giving me back the car? I got my car back worse than it was. This is unbelievable. I left a message for the Supervisor, Mike Papp and he never called me back. I expected better from a dealership.

When my car needs service. I always request Domingo Naranjo.He tells me exactly when my car will be ready unless something else comes up that it might take extra hours.
