Would have liked more updates initiated by Carlos. My car was in the shop for 3 weeks & I only got updates if I called him. Texts to me would have been fine.

Absolutely horrible dealership and service department. Service writer Richard was very professional and nice. It was the service manager and actual techs that are the problem. They know nothing about trucks lifts etc. They want to charge you money with out disclosing there’s a cost. They actually ruined my truck and there response was it was bound to happen and we can’t fix it. They can care less i left a message for the service manger or GM and got no call back. I’m not done with this situation and I will be escalating it to ford corporate since it’s obvious managers can care less about the customer.

2019 F150 head light bulb, installed $450 labor and $52. For parts, I had to drive down there to find out it was done and picked up my daughter to drive it home, so she could drive my truck home and after i was there, they couldn’t find the key Long story short I won’t even by a ford again, no less any Dave Wilson products

Good job on 5he service, they even washed the exterior but disapointed the a car wash and vacuum are not part of a standard service call anymore. Also loved that you covered a on way left ride.
