“I brought my vehicle in for what I believed would be a routine oil change and tire rotation. Instead, I was charged $377.60 for a premium maintenance package, alignment, and several additives. I don’t recall authorizing these additional services or having them fully explained before the work was done. I’d like someone to review my repair order with me and explain exactly what I approved.”

I am not satisfied because the running boards were left disconnected. I traveled all the way from Reno, Nevada, to pick up my truck, and now I’m facing this problem and have to fix it myself because you guys forgot to do your job properly!

They totally messed up on logging the correct miles in/out and I also received mixed messages on next oil change due. The porter was aggressively trying to get in my car and had to tell him that I need to get things out of it first.
