Making an online apt was easy, check in was easy and the gentleman who took care of our Edge was great. Answered all my wife’s questions and offered information about our warranty. Car was done in a timely manner as well. The gal who was assisting with the courtesy Lyft was very personable and friendly. We will continue to come to Villa Ford of Orange for any maintenance. We are a two Edge family and we absolutely love our cars!

Domingo was very helpful. My suggestion for the future is to return the car with the battery charged. The car was returned to me with 20% charge. I couldn’t use the car until I charged it. It was at the dealership for a week and over the weekend. Someone could have plugged it in to charge at some point.

Glen is always very helpful and knowledgeable about the services need and provide by Villa Ford. I came in late in the day and he got me right in for an oil change and diagnostic check. Glen is very nice guy and it’s a pleasure working with him keeping my ford truck going!

This is the first time I have even wanted to fill out a survey for Villa Ford. Vic went above and beyond for the recall repair by taking me even though I messed up the appointment date, keeping me informed of the progress and setting up a rental car for the inconvenience. The only negative comment is when I pull up for service I’ll not sure if I’m to wait in the car or go in. When I go in nobody acknowledges me until I had to ask to be helped.
