Rick was excellent at communicating service department options, timeline and costs with a high level of attention to details. Providing a great customer experience is where Rick shines and drives customer retention. I highly recommend Villa Ford Service Department.
You guys are great. Carlos was helpful and informative. He kept me updated on what services I had done. I was impressed they offered to drop my car off for me after it was done. I didn’t use that service this time, but I might have to in the future. Thanks Villa Ford, and especially Carlos.
The service on my Bronco appears to be done well. I was disappointed that the loaner I rented wasn't a full size bronco.
I called to make an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation
A real person answered the phone, but then transferred me to an automated system
It said I would get a call back but then also asked me to leave a voicemail so I requested my appointment
And later in the day I got several text messages from another automated system saying that my appointment was confirmed
So I blocked out that part of my day and when I arrived, the person that met me said he is on his lunch.
I didn’t know who “he” was, but I waited and someone eventually came out to help me
I wanted an oil change and tire rotation and he said it would be an hour and a half
Then after an hour and a half had gone by I went to the service desk to ask about the status and he then told me it would be an additional hour or an hour and a half
So I asked them for my car back and I left
And I think I would’ve just written the whole thing off to ‘I should’ve known better’ but then another automated system told me my car will be ready soon — comically just as I was pulling up to the Jiffy Lube on Katella by Home Depot
(Jiffy Lube changed my oil in 23 minutes and had a $20 off coupon for full synthetic and also I didn’t have to look away from the **** at gunpoint scene on CSI on the big screen in the lobby like I did during my first hour and a half at Villa Ford)
And again, I would have just chalked all of this up to experience, but I was literally just told by another automated system that it was a pleasure to serve me and that I should describe my experience so there you go. :-)
