My request to look at the left front axle that was making noise was missed and when I approached the valet stand to get my car the 3 guys standing there were all staring at their phones and no sense of urgency to help me. In a positive note the cashier was awesome

Everything went fine. It would be nice though if there was a system that would text us the status of the car. For instance, when I take my Toyota in I get a text when the car is finished being serviced and then the service advisor contacts me for pickup.

When I pulled up, the service entrance was packed with cars. But within 2 hours, my car was delivered back to my house after reprogramming whatever module needed it for the recall fix. Excellent job!
