Service advisor Carlos, was very rude. Would not honor my appointment even though it was made with another advisor. Through the other advisor under the bus and said he should've never made that appointment. I had to get up at 6 o'clock on a Saturday morning to make this appointment.

Great job Glen! Quick, prompt and friendly 20K extended service performed. I later found that the scheduled cabin air filter replacement hadn't been done, but called Glen and he had it resolved within 2 days. Very satisfied!!

My request to look at the left front axle that was making noise was missed and when I approached the valet stand to get my car the 3 guys standing there were all staring at their phones and no sense of urgency to help me. In a positive note the cashier was awesome
