Rick was a great. He explaned every step of the process. He was honist and upfront about all the costs and what my change that based on the assements the mechanics do. Rick was also very attwntive to my conserns, antisipating any having answers to any questions I had when i picked my car up.

Should have offered to test the battery to ensure that it was in bad shape or if it just needed to be charged first. The warning is still showing on my Ford App like the battery needs attention. Never taking my car here again.
