When I pulled up, the service entrance was packed with cars. But within 2 hours, my car was delivered back to my house after reprogramming whatever module needed it for the recall fix. Excellent job!

Richard was great and I will not hesitate to bring back my truck to Villa Ford. I am disappointed in Ford corporate with producing an F150 where I am on my 3rd transmission in 62k miles. It really makes me question the reliability and I’m not sure if I would purchase another Ford. The only thing that saved me was getting the warranty. I’m seeing if I can get that extended since the truck has only 62k miles. But I haven’t had anyone call me back on my options.
