Richard demonstrated great customer service. He was prompt with getting my vehicle processed for service. The work was completed ahead of schedule. Overall I would give him a 10 out of 10.

Was given a quote where he said he could probably get it to just under $800 and paid $840. I also had a brake light that is also a turn signal light and out and back and was not informed of that. I have brought my car here since we moved to California, but I don’t think I will be coming back.

The timeframe was my only issue but I totally understand the situation. The use of a loaner car lessened the stress on me. Thanks again for the excellent customer service. All efforts were truly appreciated.
