Today Tues nov 18, I had an appointment at 815. I took my car to service. My car wasn’t touched until 1030. I brought my car in for a recall. That alone should make it a priority to get done. Being an airbag recall. Them Domingo walks over to me and said that the technician can’t fix it. It will need to be there a few days due to the fact that the technician will have to remove something and add wires, he asked if I could leave it to be worked on a few days. I said “absolutely not. I will need to bring it back as I need my vehicle and cannot leave it”. As I was leaving or waiting to leave I was told to wait outside and it would be right up. I waited 15 plus minutes and then I had to go back inside ask hm where my truck was. I was told to wait outside it would be right up. As I was waiting I had another question I went to ask him and he treats me like I was bothering him. As I was talking to him he started and was engaging in another conversation, not about work but about a personal matter. So to say the least I doubt I will be back to have my vehicle fixed for the recall. I will probably go somewhere else to another ford dealership. So that’s how my experience was this morning at Ford of Orange, not great.
Service was good, only issue was that I brought my 2009 Ford Explorer to resolve the check engine light but due to the age of the vehicle and possibly the cpu the shop was not able to resolve it. Other than that everything is fine.
All the personal was really friendly and professional. Thank you for your service.

Domingo did an outstanding job from the minute I arrived with truck to get it diagnosed to picking it up once it was completed. Domingo kept great continuity throughout the entire process. Daily update of where we stood with the manufacturer and all the necessary step required. Was able to get me in a rental once give the okay. Turn around time and quality of work is bar none. Shoutout to Domingo for doing a great job. Employees like him are the reason I choose Villa Ford.
