I was not given any information on the recall process. I sat in the lobby for about 3 hours and then was explained that I wouldn't receive my car back. I had to get a loaner and then was called the next day that they need to order the part and will need to come back. Way better communication would be appreciated.

Richard did an excellent job of keeping me informed about the status of my vehicles recall parts replacement . Although I was offered a ride home I opted to read a book in the very nice customer waiting room. Richard came to me with updates and I was on my in a couple of hours which was faster than I had expected.
