Dear Villa Ford Customer Service, I am writing to express my concerns regarding the service I received for my 2023 Ford F-150 Lightning. On December 1st, 2025, my truck failed to start, and despite contacting Ford service, I was informed that towing would not be covered unless I paid out of pocket. I had to arrange for AAA to tow the truck to Villa Ford. Unfortunately, after 30 days, I was informed that the repair would cost approximately $2,600, which was not covered under warranty. Given the necessity of my truck, I had no choice but to pay this amount. Additionally, in February 2025, Villa Ford replaced all four tires on my truck. One of these tires developed a small leak, yet the tire warranty was not honored, and I had to purchase a new tire separately. I am disappointed with the service and the overall customer support experience. I kindly request a review of my case and hope for a fair resolution. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Rick was extremely helpful being my service advisor. He let me know all the details and when my truck would be done. I was very comfortable leaving it knowing he would take care of everything. 5 stars, thanks Rick. Will be seeing him again soon to take care of recalls he brought to my attention, i had no idea about them.
