Service and repair by most local Ford Dealers over the last 30 years has been a disaster. Unbelievably bad. I have to drive for a half hour (assuming 65mph) to Villa because Villa has been the best of the bad. Ford service is one of the reasons I own three cars but only one is a Ford and then only because there are not many alternatives to an Expedition. However Villa is improving. I was surprised by the online ability to sign up for specifically an alignment and regular service especially because I was able on a Friday to sign up for an 8:00 am appointment for the next day. I was asked when I signed in if I wanted a car wash so that I could decline it so I could get My car back faster. Villa’s location is located within walking distance of so many shopping places it is easy to wait for my car. I had to wait only two hours. It appears all work was done properly although the inspection report indicated the rear windshield wiper is ok but in fact doesn’t operate. Indicating that perhaps check the box routine was not really an inspection. All in all at least when I buy my next car I won’t avoid Ford because there is no acceptable service for it. I now give Villa five stars.
