Came in with squeaking brakes on 2022 f150 with 10k miles. Brakes have been squeaking for 6 months. I was told there was nothing that can be done under warranty, but I could purchase new pads. And they still may squeak. That certainly would deter me from purchasing another FORD.

My car was brought in due to a Transmission Modular issue that was covered under warranty. I expected my car to take some time to fix, however, over more than two weeks while my car was being worked on I did not receive a single call with any updates during the process. I then had to call to find out that my car had been ready and was just sitting at the dealership because I was never notified that it was ready. After 16 days I finally got my car back, but highly dissatisfied with the customer service.

The service was wonderful and the work was done faster than expected but the guys that wash the cars after the service they didn’t do a very good job. My car was wet and not completely dried off so I finished wiping it down myself before I left.

I am disappointed that the issue with the electronic systems in my 2020 Ford Explorer can not be fixed. However, I will say that Domingo provides five star excellent service. Domingo is one of the best service representatives. I have worked with in over 20 years of buying Fords.
