Rick, was great through the entire process of a recent transmission warranty job that was initially done at Chino Hills Ford.
He reassured me that he would look into the ongoing issue and kept me informed during every step.
Picked up truck today and very pleased with Villa Ford, Rick and transmission tech that took care of the issue.
I feel taken advantage of , I went in for something thinking it would be covered under warranty and left paying 200$. Yes they fixed the issue but what I find funny is the tech kept changing the amount I would have to pay , which makes me feel like he was just throwing numbers around even after I told him not to go further, I will get a second opinion from my brother who works for Encinitas ford, I will call back. He went ahead and worked on it anyway.
