Disjointed communication between team, let’s just pump this guy for all the money we can get, to “heck” with just fixing what he needs to have fixed, poor quality on whey they did “fix”. I still have oil in water overflow. Their solution to me…”buy a new water tank from them and put it in myself”. Hmmm, yeah they really took care of me. Don’t think I’ll ever go back there ever again. I recommend anyone to go find a decent independent repair shop!

Domingo was great to deal with he was clear on the process and I wasn’t at the dealership to long. He explained my coverage when I asked for it and also told me what my coverage doesn’t cover.

Unfortunately, even though Ford contacted me about a recall, and I made the appointment several weeks ago with the recall information when I went to get my car done during my appointment time they did not have the part for the recall. I do appreciate them washing my car since they weren’t able to do any of the actual repairs on the recall.
