I was told I could wait for my car and it "wouldn't take too long". The servi e writer told me the car was ready to go, I checked out with the cashier, went outside and no car. I saw it still up on a rack. I asked one of the runners and he said it still needed to be washed. I was there over 3 hours for an oil change. We are always extremely pleased with our service. This was very unusual. When Janie takes care of us this never happens.
