Domingo is very helpful and friendly. Every time I take my vehicle to get serviced I know it’s in great hands with him. Domingo explains everything and also answers all the questions I have regarding my vehicle.

Domingo was the only Service Rep that took the time to understand my situation and was extremely helpful and kind. The cashier ladies were also sweet, kind and helpful. Cynthia went over and beyond!! Great customer service from these individuals. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the other service department men I worked with. I’ve been a customer with Villa Ford for over 10 years. I’m very disappointed and was left with an incredible bad experience.

First time working with Carlos. I asked for him after speaking with him previously on the phone about my cars issues. Happy with his quick responses and helping with arrangements. I’ll ask for him again. Car camera seems to be working great. Appreciate him.

Although it was unfortunate to have a piece break so easily on my brand new Bronco, I appreciate the quick and friendly service that Domingo provided. These things happen, and it’s nice to know they can be resolved effortlessly and without stress through Villa Ford. Thank you, Domingo!
