My previous 2020 experience with Villa Ford was terrible. I only came back to Villa Ford due to safety reasons with the vehicle and the general public. Joel communicated very well and was very responsive. I will only return to Villa Ford if Joel is my onsite manager for future vehicles maintenance needs. Tim McElroy

Glenn did a good job communicating and getting us out quick. Oil change was efficient. Seems like prices went up as I thought an oil change used to be less than $90 and there was a less expensive option than the works.
