I didn’t get my car delivered back to my home because the repair was finished too late and I couldn’t wait until the next day. Like the idea of having my car picked and delivered back to my home. Good idea and very convenient.

There were only 2 service writers on the island when I arrived at 10 am this morning. There was no cars ahead of me. Why should it have taken 15-20 minutes for them to get to my needs? Yesterday I had arranged to drop off the car today for a warranty repair scheduled for tomorrow. The repair was done today, and the car was picked up at 1:00 pm.today. Just an observation!!!

Domingo is the best. The repair was a nightmare due to Ford's poor service and parts but Domingo cut through all the delays and problems and persisted until the problem was fixed. I am frustrated with the quality of my Mach E but Domingo is a wonderful service advisor.

Problem was not throughly resolved. Resorted to replacing parts adjacent to the issue initially reported. This cost me almost $3000. The service team members removed my child’s car seat and did not put it back. Several of the items in my verhivle were moved without consent. Very little communication or consideration need taken.
