Sheldon left his shift without noticing me that my truck was ready to be picked up . I was at the dealer for 2 hours for an oil change. That was very unprofessional and I should have been given a discount.

Domingo was amazing from the start. He got my appointment quickly, explained what was going to happen and kept me up to date on the progress. He assisted me with a loaner and ensured all my needs were met. He was friendly and made me feel confident with Villa Ford. To sum it up, “He was awesome!”
