Sheldon was very friendly and nice! Oil changes are always a drag to get done, but Sheldon made it great and the process very easy! Will definitely will be coming back for my next Oil Change or any services needed for my Bronco. Thank you!

Sheldon isn’t helpful and doesn’t listen. After being misdiagnosed twice the last 2 times I brought it in, my truck was in for 10 days and wasn’t even worked on. I had called Sheldon a few time the first week asking for an update because as I explained to him it’s a work truck and I had to rent a truck to continue working. He kept telling me it was in the middle of diagnosis and he’d call em with an update. I waited 5 days, called again and Sheldon tells me they are just getting ready to start the diagnosis. I canceled the service at that time. There is much more detail and several trips to this issue but the final result is that I don’t plan on returning
