Your prices for oil and filter are now $107.93 total . I understand about inflation (But) we are senior citizens with (fixed income) . Just letting you know we’re us older people stand . I was looking at your Ford Escape 2003 SUV model with plug in to charge the batt on the floor but I need to run down all the options and colors first . Also looked at your mustang SUV problem is it $76,000 and only goes 250 or 312 miles before it needs charging like the rest of them on the market . I have a 2016 fusion which I bought new from Villa Ford nice car I get 45 to 48 miles per gal . 50,000 miles on it now . But no plug in like the titanium in 2016 . Let you know down the road need time to check it out on line .
Joel Angulo did a great job no problem.
My car was there was there for 5 days and only got one phone call updating me on the status of my car. All other communication was initiated by me. Took almost 2 days to get a quote. When the quote did come through it was more than twice the price of all other shops I called. When I brought my car in it was making some strange sounds but I was not having any issues shifting... It was diagnosed as needing a new clutch. When I took the car off the lot the car was nearly undrivable and it was very difficult to get in/out of gear. Overall, a very poor experience that gives me no confidence in returning.

The main reason I was not fully satisfied was I was waiting for the vehicle to be repaired in your waiting room. And for what was a simple repair it took much longer in my vehicle was not addressed as quickly as I feel it should have been from the time I got there. Yes there was other vehicles that came in before me and a few that came in after me and left before me even. The part which was a horn that needed to be replaced was already in the dealer and that's a fairly quick change on a super duty. But all the staff was very nice and friendly other than just taking a little bit longer than I would have expected or feel it should have. All the other experiences when I've been into the dealer have been fantastic.
