Great experience and Glen did his best to assist me. I would highly recommend a digital service showing the process or a vehicle, since the service team is so busy. It will allow us customers know what is happening with our vehicle without having to track down our service personnel, when they are already so busy.

Noel from service was amazing to work with honestly kept me up-to-date with everything and got the vehicle seen as soon as he could. But the tech assigned apparently missed that my air conditioner was blown out even though I distinctly pointed towards the air conditioner compressor clutch as to the area of smoke when I got my car back the AC did not work whatsoever and sell have to get it inspected and fully repaired again.

Problem not fix because Villa Ford is not capable of testing the suspect charger. The advisor even try to help He said “ you ve to take your car to another Ford who can do it, we don’t “

Carlos was great but the technicians don’t seem to be that great. I brought my truck in for the third time for the same issue. While it was there they replaced the rear camera under warranty and now the backup lines are missing from the screen. Also the backup sensor was faulty and supposedly replaced but I still have the same issue as if nothing was done. For all I know nothing was done. The technicians service is terrible. I’ll have to bring in my truck for the fourth time. This complaint is not towards Carlos but the service technicians.
