Always friendly, respectful and helpful. I stepped up to his desk this morning 8/22/23, and he stopped working on his paperwork on his desk to get my car in for service as quickly as possible. He made eye contact with me immediately when I walked in through the service area doors. That is what I call excellent customer service.

Alls well with service yet just opened car door in garage did not have key with me.Soeakers out forth this outlandish static like noise that quit say 30 seconds after closing drivers door!

Domingo is great! We dropped our vehicle off for routine service the night prior to an 8am appointment, and I got a call at 7:40 that it was completed. When I mentioned I was on my way to an appointment, he offered to have our vehicle delivered to the house where my husband was waiting. That was the first time we had heard that service was available and it was super helpful! Thanks all!
Domingo is exceptional. He is genuinely kind, and communicates every step of the way providing service updates and options. I drive from Los Angeles every time my 2020 Mustang needs service!

It took a long time for a service advisor to meet me and I first pulled in probably had to wait about 10 or 15 minutes. Most dealerships in there is someone there at the desk at all times.
