Sheldon was great. But I think the service techs damaged a hubcap during service. It looks like it was dragged across the ground then reinstalled without mentioning the damage.
Mingo was especially Helpful. He answered all my questions and was very patient and professional. He made the experience a positive one and I appreciate his assistance very much.
Took 4 hours to get my oil changed. After 2 hour wait, was informed that they had “run out of oil” and it would take additional hour to get the oil. 2 hours later, still waiting. I had an appointment. They knew what oil I needed. Entire day was ruined because I had to wait an unacceptable time. Appointment was at 10:00. I finally left after 2:00. I will never return.

I ordered parts for my Spear tire that came off and when I came in they couldn't find it. Long story sort. Victor was no hep!!! I had to wait for others parts to come in Back up camera and sun visor to come in. When that all came in and the fix that. My spare tire mount was not There. I told Victor and showed him the guy in the parts department order it and it was there. I wasted all day going back and forth to finally got it done. SMFH. Bad communication.
Midday on Saturday I received a text message stating that my vehicle service was almost complete, I never received any notification or call before 4 pm when the service center closes. I called at 4:06 pm and no one picked up . Now my vehicle has been at the dealership since Friday and it is now Sunday at 7:05 pm and I still do not know the status and we are having to make other transportation arrangements so we can get to work on Monday. That to me is piss poor communication
