When engine done finish then go wash car but they no done I told them say oh sorry wait go wash huh I left one day next day be ready all complete clean huh this one poor wash late

The vehicle repair was too expensive and took too long. Cashier wasn’t ready when I arrived to pay, she couldn’t find the paperwork and didn’t listen when I gave my name and spelling. Service rep said the vehicle would be washed and it wasn’t. I’m sorry I returned to Villa Ford for service.
