The charging window came off again, it came off when I bought the van in 22, and had to be reinstalled when I bought the van. and didn't get put back on for some reason and the cab overhead plastic cover inside the cab didn't get put back on either. Everything else got done .

I will be asking around for what a fair price is. $669.88 for labor for half a day can't be a fair amount. I'm not sure what the part should cost.

Carlos did a good job and was very helpful. This concern is the front camera was not fixed since the technician couldn’t figure it out. They need to contact Ford about my Mach e still so I have to bring it back again next week.

I was ignored during the drop off of my vehicle and the pickup. The service managers only spoke with the men that were there to drop off or pick up their cars, regardless of whether they arrived before any of the women that arrived for car service. I did not appreciate the treatment (or lack thereof) I received.
