'It was a pleasure doing business with you' is an often used, trite phrase. However, my latest experience with the folks at Villa Ford really was a pleasure. Carlos in Service was patient, accommodating, and an excellent communicator. When I finally decided not to repair my vehicle (a 4 week journey) Carlos sent me to Jim, who was equally patient, low key, and genuine. I've been a customer for 12 years--service like Carlos and Jim offered is the reason why.

Joel was very helpful, friendly and courteous. I had an issue with my tire that ideally would have been able to be handled by the repair team so I don’t have to go somewhere else. Joel also had my car washed by hand since the car washing machine was down and I greatly appreciated that - washing the car after a service is a nice perk. I am not sure I will be taking my vehicle there for further service because I am unable to get a ride (live over 10 miles) and it’s hard to get a ride there.
