Wonderful service, prompt and efficient
I was disappointed to find the roof top trim on the passenger side roof top missing when I picked the truck up on Saturday.
I contacted the Sales Manager Brandon, and he took a photo of the subject area.
In addition, the base of the antenna was removed with pliers that removed black paint and damaged the area to use a proper sized tool.
It is disappointing that it was not brought to my attention before I had to bring it to yours. Please resolve the damage to my truck thank you.
Victor was courteous and helpful. My car was finished in a timely manner and I was notified throughout the time it was being serviced.
Domingo was amazing to work with. He ensured I was taken care of as it was my 2nd time bringing my vehicle in to the shop in less than a week. He made sure there was a vehicle ready for me to use as we were unsure how long it was going to take. I have an expedition so he made sure I was in a larger vehicle and made sure I was as comfortable as I could be, especially because I am a expecting mom with a toddler who could not be without a vehicle. He communicated with me as often as he could, which was very nice!

Carlos was very generous and professional from the moment he introduced himself. He set the right expectations for the wait time and was able to help me with my service request in a timely manner. Carlos also assisted me with using my Ford Pass Rewards points for the service and even went over the points breakdown. Thank you Carlos and Villa Ford for a great experience.
One reason I brought the car in was it had been giving me a lot of warnings that the front camera had failed and the pre-collision assist would not function, that service was needed. I told him that when I checked in, but he just said they couldn’t take care of it, and he didn’t even make a note on my service ticket. So all they did was rotate the tires.
