The service was done well and in a timely manner but, the "directions" associated with the process to activate the alarm system is not clearly communicated! 1st, the call I got came from Toyota of Orange! I almost didn't get the message. I had to go to voice mail to get it. 2nd, the place to go to get the work done is unclear. I had to go to the main receptionist who said see Janie? Her workstation is not easy to find! 3, Once found, she said I needed to pull my vehicle into the regular service lanes. Who knew? I had parked out front, not having any directions otherwise.
Carlos is alway the professional. I really appreciate his candor when it comes to the service I need for my suv. He make sure my suv is really for the next road trip.
Mingo and Carlos are amazing but the maintenance light that I came in for came back on the next day.
Mingo as always is prompt and professional when dealing with me. He keeps me updated and informed with the status of my vehicle while it is in Villa Fords care.

The work was not completed. Pieces of the equipment were not completely assembled. The vehicle was in the garage for over a week and no alternative transportation was provided.
In for wheel alignment & oil change. Steering wheel was crooked & I had to take it back next day.
Glen provided great service and was very attentive to my concerns. His continued communication regarding my vehicle status was much appreciated. Glen also provided me with a rental vehicle which was very helpful. Thank you!

My recent service visits with Villa Ford were totally satisfactory! As always my service rep Joel Argulo was kind and very informative with my vehicle needs! He would call me to give me the updates with the service being provided.
Domingo was very helpful and accommodating. He kept me updated on the status of my vehicle’s repair; however, to this point, his technician has yet to identify the problem with my charger, so I can’t claim to be completely satisfied.

Victor is the reason I continue to visit Villa Ford service dept. He has provided the best customer service and attention to me when I was dismissed by another service writer when my Bronco Sport had a potential recall. Victor made calls, had a rental approved, and got me back on the road seamlessly, without a bunch of excuses, like the other writer. He made an effort and for that, I’ll be forever grateful.
