Villa Ford is blessed with a couple of employees that truly understand service and hospitality. Both of them went above and beyond. Rick was a great communicator as we got through a complex service issue, and when we came to pick up our car after hours, Shiek Shah went above and beyond in helping us get our car out from a blocked parking spot. I have an 08-Shelby Mustang and planned to go out of town tomorrow. The low tire pressure default signal came on the dash, and I was afraid I would not get air for the tires in time for the trip. I called Jainy at Villa Ford and explained my situation. Janie yolk me to get the vehicle in service right away. I did do, and she was able to get air for the tires and put me on schedule for my trip. Thank You Jamie and Villa Ford !!! Ken Ps, That’s what good service is made of…!
