He was very polite but after having my truck in your dealership for a week and a half for brake service and to diagnose a small oil leak, I am still waiting for the details regarding the repair estimate to repair the leak which was initially going to be $8000.00!! Chris said he would email this to me with some discount? Hope you understand why my confidence in your service department is not at the highest level.

Chris was extremely helpful and made sure our concerns were addressed. I had mentioned my concern with the hard shifting at each service visit and it fell on deaf ears. Chris listened and set it a priority to get to the bottom of the issue. He was helpful through the whole service process.

El dia sabado 1/31/2026 llegue al dillerpara que rebisaran mi camioneta gran las 6am fui la segundo persona que llevo sabiendo que el diller lo habren a las 7am para ser una de las primeras personas en atender y resulta que a la 1.48pm el señora Joel angulo me manda un mensaje diciendome que no me lo iban a rebisar se emperor hasta tarde para decirme que no me lo iban a rebisar y no se me hace justo y para mi fue de mal gusto el servicio y estoy muy molesto
