I’m a 20+ year Ford customer. I love my F150 platinum! I’m in the market for a new truck but because of the mechanics shop, I am looking at Chevy. That place is so difficult to deal with. I have too many complaints to put them in this little box.

This has to do with scheduling, not the service advisor. I called to make an appointment. When I came in, I was told that there was a large line ahead of me and it would not be until the following day that the vehicle would be observed (this ended up being correct). Since this was apparently known at the time I called, it would have been better to simply schedule it the next day. Additionally comment: it seems like there should be an online scheduling tool (if this exists, I did not see on website).
