I come to villa ford service because of our service writer, Carlos. We trust him with the care of our vehicle. If he were to go to another dealership we would follow. We have had several vehicles and other service writers. Carlos is the best!!!

Carlos was in contact with me every day, and always had a great attitude. He explained the repair process step by step, which displayed his knowledge of cars, and my situation in particular. And the work was completed a day earlier than quoted! The only negative was that the cost was high. But overall, I’m happy.

I needed my transmission looked at . In the phone I was told 4 to 5 days before you could look at it. Once i was there I was told 7 to 10 days and no loaner. I said let's just make an appointment for it. And was told " that's not how it works". I have a lemon law notice, and I guess you don't care.

Honestly, the service was great. Domingo was beyond helpful. I usually take my vehicle to Puente Hills but in all honesty I will be taking my car to Villa Ford moving forward.
