I live in Newport Beach, and I’ve always had my service done at Theodore Robins Ford. Unfortunately, their customer service has ALWAYS been sub par. I’ve suffered through working with them purely because they are the closest to where I live. I work in Orange, and figured I’d give Villa Ford a try. I could not have been more pleasantly surprised with my first experience with Villa. I own a ‘23 Bronco and a ‘20 Explorer, and I will ONLY have my cars serviced at Villa Ford, going forward. Thank you for such awesome service!

Sheldon was very helpful and kept us updated with the repairs. He also notified me of a recall and was able to complete it as well. I was very satisfied with the services. I believe I found a dealership we can take our trucks to for repairs and knowing we will be in good hands with Sheldon.
