I bought the Bronco here. I paid $2000 for the maintenance contract. I asked for a 5 wheel tire rotation since it’s 5 full sized tires. I was told it was an extra $20. Eventually he didn’t make me pay it. But ****, that $2000 was for convenience, not cost savings. It’s $2000 for maintenance that would normally cost about $800 or less. But I gotta feel like I’m begging to get my car maintained correctly. I owned a 2006 Honda Civic and the Honda guys treated me nicer when I came in and paid $50 for full synthetic 0w20 oil changes and checkup. I’ll try Huntington Beach Ford next time. I don’t want to give up on domestic yet because of one dealer.

All good. Not sure why the truck was not dried after washing it but might have been possible rain. Otherwise good experience.

Rough experience. Had 2 different service reps. Both did not value me as a customer. My f150 was there because the transmission/shift linkage came undone. AAA got under the truck zip tied it together and I drove it to the dealership. My truck sat there for a full week. After two calls trying to get an update. I was called and told it would take another 7 days to take a look at it. I got lots of excuses. I picked it up on 9/30/23 and took it to Aamco.. The shop Forman and I got under the truck and diagnosed it immediately. They fixed it in one hour and I was on my. I have a young family and will need to buy many more cars/trucks in the future. Villa Ford will need to earn my trust and confidence if they would like my future business.
Domingo is awesome and I think you should promote him and have him train others on customer service and prifessionalism.

I was able to get an appointment the following day for my recall and when I arrived, Victor was professional and remembered our phone call. He offered the valet service, which I really appreciate. Great service overall.
