I bought the Bronco here. I paid $2000 for the maintenance contract. I asked for a 5 wheel tire rotation since it’s 5 full sized tires. I was told it was an extra $20. Eventually he didn’t make me pay it. But ****, that $2000 was for convenience, not cost savings. It’s $2000 for maintenance that would normally cost about $800 or less. But I gotta feel like I’m begging to get my car maintained correctly. I owned a 2006 Honda Civic and the Honda guys treated me nicer when I came in and paid $50 for full synthetic 0w20 oil changes and checkup. I’ll try Huntington Beach Ford next time. I don’t want to give up on domestic yet because of one dealer.
