Joel was great about keeping me in the loop in regards to my truck. Work was done quick. There was a small miscommunication that got resolved. Had my truck delivered to my work upon completion of the service so I didnt have to take time out of my day, and someone elses day, to go pick it up. I always take my truck to Villa Ford for any type of work

Jose Gutierrez was very courteous and did not pressure me with unnecessary services. He cut straight to the point and made me aware the issues that were wrong with my vehicle without pressing me to make decisions on the spot. The porters were very friendly and so was the mechanic that took my vehicle. A lot of the staff that was in the building was also very friendly. I am very satisfied with my visit.

Joel was a great help in taking care of a problem with my recently received 2023 Ford escape. The sound system had totally failed and I couldn’t either listen to my stereo system or use voice activated controls. Joel welcome to me, despite the fact that I had no appointment, and, in short order, he had the problem resolved by a tech at Villa Ford.
