Victor was communicative and informative. He responded to text messages. He followed through on all he said. I was impressed with efficient intake of vehicles. While there were others ahead of me, it moved very quickly. Your competition with another local Ford dealership is no contest. Villa outshined, out performed, and out classed them completely. I have other Ford products and will move my buying and servicing relationship to Villa Ford.

Brought my car in for a dead battery under warranty. The paperwork and Sheldon told me it failed the test and needed a new battery. But all you guys did was charge it. Never replaced it. Next day my pregnant wife is stranded again with a dead battery thanks to and your horrible service department. Had to leave work early go get my wife and take it to our local ford dealership this time. (Where they were way more friendly and inviting and actually felt like they cared about their customers.) They look at the paperwork and see that it says it needs a new battery but that they never actually installed one. Thanks for the worst service I’ve ever had. And for leaving my 8 month pregnant wife stranded. Really appreciate it.

Domingo was extremely helpful in dealing with the defective charger for my Mustang. The technician could not replicate the issue I was experiencing when I Brough my car in, but Domingo listened to my concerns and got additional information from me that allowed him to order me a replacement charger that is working much better than the one he replaced.
