Worst service appointment I’ve ever had at Villa Ford. The reasons provided for not performing work on my vehicle were absurd and contradictory. It’s a damn shame to say the least.

Yes, Janie is a great Manager & really provided excellent Customer Service provided me with info and educated me on what to expect from Ford of Orange Tony also assisted called me and provided excellent CS the young man at the CS desk was friendly and assisted me. Later Sheldon a really awesome Manager Service Dept assisted me and we had a great convo about Ford Motor he showed me his F-150 and we talked about my Fusion and he explained to me what a great car Fusion Hybrid Plug Ins Are also talked about Fords 10 year plan great Customer Service here keep up the good work guys!!!

Called Carlos during business hours 4 times with leaving 1 voicemail and texted a number he provided that said he can text on and didn’t receive a call or text back 24 hours later.
