The first time I took the vehicle in to get it inspected and the repair scheduled, there was a backlog of several days and it was a hassle to get a rental car. After some back and forth I was able to get a lyft back to my house and a rental car but would have been great for this to be less stressful.
I was waiting several weeks for the part to come in but Sheldon was great in helping my repair get set up, rental car assigned, and my vehicle delivered to me. Appreciate that from him, he was great. Only feedback was that when my vehicle was finally returned, it smelled like sweat and body odor.

I’m stuck with a bad transmission and I don’t think it’s my fault! Carlos is very good at his job and I know that it’s not his fault that you guys can’t fix the problem’s on my! I don’t know if I will be able to return to Villa Ford . Just to let you guys know it cost me $560.00 just to find out that you guys were going to charge me $3470.0 to fix the transmission!

I also expect for the others to do the same. I am not aware if your facility returns vehicles washed. But I certainly did not get my vehicle cleaned when it was returned.
I was kept informed completely throughout the vacation my Fusion got at Villa Ford. The turbo was replaced professionally, oil changed, car was field tested and now I’m back on the road. And part of the rental was covered.
